- 200g Dark Chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 50g Single Cream
- 200ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- Marshmallows
1. Shop the chocolate into small pieces and add to a saucepan.
2. Add the milk and cream and melt on very low hear, stir.
3. Smoothen with the tablespoon of unsalted butter, adding the marshmallows one by one, and stir with a spatula until the consistency achieves the desired thickness.
4. Pour the mixture into the mini fondue stand, on the burner and light the candle.
5. PEveryone can now dip in with their skewer and cover their marshmallows in chocolate.
Accompaniment: Serve with chilled pear juice.
