- 50g Mixed Dried Fruit
- 30ml Rum
- 50ml Ready Made Quality Vanilla Custard
- 50ml Whipped Double Cream/li>
- Pinch Cinnamon
- Pinch Ginger
- Zest 1/2 Small Orange
1. Soak the fruit overnight in the rum.
2. Stir in the vanilla custard to the whipped cream along with the other ingredients.
3. Freeze in a plastic container for 2 hours.
4. Remove from the freezer and stir to break up any large ice crystals that may have formed.
5. Place contents into the Le Creuset Christmas Pudding Dish and smooth over the top. Place the lid on.
6. Put back into the freezer for at least 2 hours before serving.
