Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of designated shop
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Nurture, coach and manage the sales team
  • Prepare market intelligence and sales analysis report for management review
  • Execute sales and marketing plans at shop level
Job Requirements
  • Form 5 or above with good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • At least 5 years’ retail frontline experience of which at least 1 year solid experience in managing retail shop independently, preferably in multinational apparel chain stores
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and aggressive to achieve the sales target set
  • Strong numerical and sales analysis skills
  • Excellent fashion and market sense
  • Confident, responsible, energetic and proactive with pleasant personality
