Product Guarantee Enquiry

Please provide the following information:

  • Merchandise receipt
  • Pictures of the product (Full view with lid and damage area)
  • Details of how the damage began
  • Details of how the item was being used all along
  • Product name
  • Dimensions and color
  • Purchased location and age of the cookware
  • Surname
  • First name
  • Phone number

Customers are required to email the Customer Service Team and obtain Return Merchandise Authorization before returning the product(s) to our service center.
Guarantee service cases will be handled ONLY at our designated service center but not our Specialty stores or Counters.
