Terms & Conditions for the 2025 Online Merci Sale

1. Eligibility​

The Merci Sale is open to individuals with a valid shipping address in Hong Kong or Macau.​
 

2. Sale Duration​

The promotion runs from August 13 to 19, 2025 (inclusive of both start and end dates). All promotional and discounted items are only valid during this period and are available while stocks last.​
 

3. Bundle Offer Exclusions​

Bundle discounts are not applicable to special-priced items.​
 

4. Delivery Charges​

If the order amount does not meet the free shipping threshold—HK$800 for Hong Kong or HK$1,200 for Macau—a delivery fee of HK$50 (Hong Kong) or HK$150 (Macau) will be charged accordingly.​
 

5. Delivery Time​

During the Merci Sale period, order processing and delivery are expected to take 3 to 10 working days. Once dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link with the SF Express waybill number. Members may also track their order status using the waybill number via the “My Orders” page on the Le Creuset Hong Kong online shop.
 

6. Damaged Items​

If you receive a damaged item, please contact SF Express and our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt. You must provide a description of the damage along with photos (including both the outer and inner packaging, and the damaged product) to initiate the compensation process.​


7. Order Changes​

Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made. If you need to reschedule the delivery, please contact SF Express customer service or use the “Change Delivery” function in the SF Express app. Any additional service fees incurred will be borne by the customer.​
 

8. Cancellation Policy​

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. ​

 

By participating in the 2025 Merci Sale, you agree to the above terms and conditions. Le Creuset reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.
