Pan-Fried Yellow Croaker with Soy Sauce

Tips:
Le Creuset cast iron grill is good at heat retention, which can seal in the juice and nutrition but make the food crispy, and the ribbed base gives characteristic grill lines and flavour even.
- Product used: Square Skillet Grill With Handle 26cm
Ingredients
(Servings: 2)
- 1 Yellow Croaker
- 1 sprig Spring Onion (sectioned)
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper Power to taste
Sauce:
- 3 tablespoon Premium Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Raw Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Water
Instructions
- Rinse the yellow croaker properly, wipe water from both inner and external side of the fish, set aside in room temperature before cooking.
- Mix the sauce well, set aside.
- Brush oil thoroughly on Le Creuset cold Skillet Grill, preheat the grill under medium heat for about 4 minutes.
- Coat external side of the fish with salt and white pepper powder evenly, put the fish on the preheated grill to cook under low heat for about 4 minutes each side (do not keep turning the fish over during cooking).
- Sprinkle sectioned spring onion on the fish, turn the heat off. Pour the sauce onto the fish, wait until the sauce stop sizzling. Then serve the dish hot with the whole skillet grill.
