Braised Crab with Scallions and Ginger

The aroma of crab fills the air, good fortune flows endlessly, and joy graces every home.



  • Product used: Carousel Round Casserole 22cm Cotton (Gold Knob)

Ingredients 


  • 2-3 crab (approx. 600-800g, cut into chunks)
  • 100g scallion (cut into sections)
  • 50g ginger (sliced)
  • 20ml cooking wine or white wine
  • 20ml soy sauce
  • 20ml cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Wash the crabs & chop into pieces
  2. Slice the ginger
  3. Cut scallions
  4. Put scallions & ginger in the bottom
  5. Put chopped crabs on top, pour in wine
  6. Cook for 10 minutes
  7. Sprinkle with chopped scallions​
  8. Pour over hot oil and soy sauce, and enjoy the dish
