Braised Crab with Scallions and Ginger
The aroma of crab fills the air, good fortune flows endlessly, and joy graces every home.
- Product used: Carousel Round Casserole 22cm Cotton (Gold Knob)
Ingredients
- 2-3 crab (approx. 600-800g, cut into chunks)
- 100g scallion (cut into sections)
- 50g ginger (sliced)
- 20ml cooking wine or white wine
- 20ml soy sauce
- 20ml cooking oil
Instructions
- Wash the crabs & chop into pieces
- Slice the ginger
- Cut scallions
- Put scallions & ginger in the bottom
- Put chopped crabs on top, pour in wine
- Cook for 10 minutes
- Sprinkle with chopped scallions
- Pour over hot oil and soy sauce, and enjoy the dish
