Prices
All prices displayed on the Web Site will be in Hong Kong Dollars, at the prevailing rate, but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Due to the large number of products on our site it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover there is a pricing error we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel the order, or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.
Prices are subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.
Le Creuset operates a standard product pricing policy in Hong Kong, meaning that customers are charged the same prices irrespective of where they live. We believe that price integrity within any currency zone is important.

Recipes that appear on this website are either Consume-Generated Content or developed for Le Creuset products by a food preparation professional. All user-generated recipes are considered Consumer-Generated Content and are subject to the policies and regulations set forth in the Consumer-Generated Content page of this site.
If you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies, always read the ingredient list carefully for all food products prior to consumption. Contract Creation and Electronic Contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and Le Creuset are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the Web Site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Web Site.
- Le Creuset will send to you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance from Le Creuset.
- As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the below instructions.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- Not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
The contract will be concluded in English.
Delivery Information
1. Orders placed on the Le Creuset Hong Kong website (“the Website”) can only be delivered to addresses in Hong Kong or Macau and that by placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing the product(s) within Hong Kong or Macau and falls within our delivery service coverage area. Deliveries to restricted areas and warehouse addresses, including but not limited to logistics companies, warehouses, docks, airports and exhibition centers, are not available.
2. We currently offer one delivery option: SF Express
(a) Hong Kong Orders
• Standard Delivery Fee: HK$50
• FREE DELIVERY for net order value of HK$800 or above
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 business days
(b) Macau Orders
• Standard Delivery Fee: HK$150
• FREE DELIVERY for net order value of HK$1,200 or above
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 business days
Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Every effort will be made to meet the estimated delivery timelines. However, delivery timelines are estimates only and delays may occasionally occur. While we will do our best to minimise any delay, we are unable to offer compensation for delays in delivery. Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate, as incorrect or incomplete information may delay in the delivery.
3. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and the SF Express waybill number once the order is dispatched. Registered Members can also check their SF Express waybill number and track the delivery status of their order under My Orders | Le Creuset HongKong.
4. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, combined with other orders, or split into multiple shipments.
5. After receiving the shipping confirmation email, if you need to change the delivery date or address, please contact SF Express Customer Service or use the “Change Delivery” function in the SFHK App to make the necessary arrangements. Any additional charges incurred for such changes or special delivery services will be borne by you and paid directly to SF Express through the SFHK App or such other payment method specified by SF Express.
6. To ensure safe delivery of order(s), SF Express will require a signature upon receipt of package(s).
7. Where you have requested, authorized or otherwise agreed with SF Express to any delivery arrangement that does not require any signature upon receipt, the package shall be deemed delivered once such delivery arrangement has been completed. Thereafter, all risk in the products shall pass to you, and we shall not be liable for any loss or theft occurring after delivery.
Product Exchange Policy
(A) General Exchange Terms
1. This General Exchange Terms apply to purchases made at Le Creuset Hong Kong official retail stores and Le Creuset Hong Kong official website.
2. Products purchased during certain promotional campaigns may be subject to separate exchange terms as specified in the applicable promotion.
3. Products that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.
4. You may request for an exchange for the same product in a different size and/or color, or a completely different product of equal or higher value. Where the replacement product is of a higher value, you will need to pay for the price difference. No refund will be provided where the replacement product is of a lower value.
5. Only product(s) that are new, original, unused, undamaged and in the original product packaging includes the accessories, care and use booklet and all labels. (i.e. in saleable condition) are eligible for exchange.
6. The original invoice issued by Le Creuset Hong Kong Ltd. is required for all exchange requests.
7. All exchanges are subject to inventory availability at the time of request.
8. We do not offer refund for products purchased.
(B) Exchange of in-store purchases
1. If you change your mind, you may request an exchange for an in-store purchase within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Only one exchange is permitted per invoice. If multiple products are to be exchanged, they must be exchanged at the same time. No subsequent exchange requests will be accepted for the same invoice.
3. You are responsible for returning the product to the retail store where it was originally purchased to complete the exchange.
4. Any price difference between the original product and the replacement product must be paid at the time of exchange in the retail store.
(C) Exchange of online purchases
1. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact both SF Express and our Customer Service Team at enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide a description of the damage together with supporting photos (including photos of the courier carton box (both exterior and interior), as well as photos showing the damaged product). Upon examination by our Customer Service Team, if the damaged product is eligible for replacement, you will be required to bring the damaged product to a designated retail store to complete the exchange.
2. Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service Team at enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide details of the product received, together with supporting photos. Upon confirmation by our Customer Service Team, you will be required to bring the product to a designated retail store to complete the exchange.
3. Change of Mind
If you change your mind, please contact our Customer Service Team at enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will follow up and make the necessary arrangements accordingly. An administrative fee of HK$200 will be charged for such exchanges. Please note that only one exchange is permitted per invoice for change of mind request. If multiple items are to be exchanged, they must be exchanged at the same time. No subsequent exchange requests will be accepted for the same invoice.
4. Payment for Price Difference and Administrative Fee
Upon approval of your exchange request, we will notify you of the administrative fee (if applicable) and any price difference. Payment must be made by online banking transfer before the exchange can be completed.
Terms and Conditions
1. The above Terms and Conditions (Delivery Information and Product Exchange Policy) are provided in both English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
2. By placing online orders, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on the Website and we encourage you to review these terms and conditions regularly for any changes. Your continued use of the Website will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of use.
Payment
When purchasing goods online a valid payment method must be used at the time. We accept payment with the following Hong Kong issued credit: Visa credit card, MasterCard credit card, and American Express.
We do not accept cash, cheques, gift cards or vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in Hong Kong Dollars. Non-Hong Kong credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-Hong Kong card holders will be liable to pay.
Description & Availability of Goods
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. The product colours may vary slightly from those shown on the Web Site due to your own monitor and computer settings and limitations of internet technology.
Stock availability will be shown on the Web Site, and whilst while we endeavour to ensure products are always available, there may be times when products will be temporarily out of stock. In these instances there is an option that can be selected, and you emailed when the product is back in stock.

We promise to respect your privacy. Please be assured that we will never pass on your details to third party organizations and that your personal details are held securely and in strict confidence, in accordance with the Act.
