2.1 All prices displayed on the Website will be in Hong Kong Dollar (HKD) and exclusive of delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
2.2 Due to the large number of products on the Website it is always possible that some of the products listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If the product you ordered was incorrectly priced, we may, at our discretion, either: (i) to contact you and give you the option of reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order, or (ii) reject your order. If we reject your order, we will notify you accordingly.
2.3 Prices are subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.
Formation of Contract
3.1 The technical steps required for the formation of contract between you and us are as follows:
3.1.1 You place the order for your products on the checkout page (“Checkout Page”) by clicking the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Checkout Page.
3.1.2 We will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered.
3.1.3 When your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a shipping confirmation email. A Contract is formed between you and us when we have sent you the shipping confirmation email.
3.2 All orders are subject to acceptance by us and availability of the product. Non-acceptance of an order may be due to the following, including but not limited to:
(a) The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
(b) Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
(c) The identification of a pricing or product description error.
(d) Not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in our Terms & Conditions.
3.3 We will inform you in writing that your order has been rejected and will not be processed. If you have already paid for the order, we will refund you the full amount to your original mode of payment as soon as possible.
New Member First Purchase Offer Exclusions
4. New Member First Purchase Offer is applicable to selected products available on the Website, excluding IP-licensed products, fixed price products, wine accessories, bundle sets, limited-time specials and add-on deals products. To enjoy this offer, you have to register as an online member and enter the code [LCWELCOME10] at the checkout page when placing your first online order.
Delivery Information
5.1 Orders placed on the Website can only be delivered to addresses in Hong Kong or Macau and that by placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing the product(s) within Hong Kong or Macau and falls within our delivery service coverage area. Deliveries to restricted areas and warehouse addresses, including but not limited to logistics companies, warehouses, docks, airports and exhibition centers, are not available.
5.2 We currently offer one (1) delivery option: SF Express
(a) Hong Kong Orders
• Standard Delivery Fee: HK$50
• FREE DELIVERY for net order value of HK$800 or above
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 business days
(b) Macau Orders
•Standard Delivery Fee: HK$150
• FREE DELIVERY for net order value of HK$1,200 or above
• Estimated delivery time: 3 to 10 business days
5.3 Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Every effort will be made to meet the estimated delivery timelines. However, delivery timelines are estimates only and delays may occasionally occur. While we will do our best to minimise any delay, we are unable to offer compensation for delays in delivery. Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate, as incorrect or incomplete information may delay in the delivery.
5.4 To ensure safe delivery of order(s), SF Express will require a signature upon receipt of package(s).
5.5 Where you have requested, authorized or otherwise agreed with SF Express to any delivery arrangement that does not require any signature upon receipt, the package shall be deemed delivered once such delivery arrangement has been completed. Thereafter, all risk in the products shall pass to you, and we shall not be liable for any loss or theft occurring after delivery.
Order Status
6.1 You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link and the SF Express waybill number once the order is dispatched.
6.2 Registered Members can also check their SF Express waybill number and track the delivery status of their order under My Orders | Le Creuset HongKong.
Changes on Order
7.1 Once your order has been placed as per clause 3.1.1 above, it cannot be changed, cancelled, combined with other orders, or split into multiple shipments.
7.2 After receiving the shipping confirmation email, if you need to change the delivery date or address, please contact SF Express Customer Service or use the “Change Delivery” function in the SFHK APP to make the necessary arrangements. Any additional charges incurred for such changes or special delivery services will be borne by you and paid directly to SF Express through the SFHK App or such other payment method specified by SF Express.
Product Exchange Policy
8.1 General Exchange Terms
8.1.1 This General Exchange Terms apply to purchases made through the Website and at our official retail stores.
8.1.2 Products purchased during certain promotional campaigns may be subject to separate exchange terms as specified in the applicable promotion.
8.1.3 Products that have been exchanged are not eligible for any further exchange.
8.1.4 You may request for an exchange for the same product in a different size and/or color, or a completely different product of equal or higher value. Where the replacement product is of a higher value, you will need to pay for the price difference. No refund will be provided where the replacement product is of a lower value.
8.1.5 Only product(s) that are new, original, unused, undamaged and in the original product packaging includes the accessories, care and use booklet and all labels. (i.e. in saleable condition) are eligible for exchange.
8.1.6 The original invoice issued by Le Creuset Hong Kong Ltd. is required for all exchange requests.
8.1.7 All exchanges are subject to inventory availability at the time of request.
8.1.8 We do not offer refunds for any products purchased.
8.1.9 Free gifts are not exchangeable, except that for online purchases, you may request an exchange in accordance with Clause 8.2.1 or Clause 8.2.2 if you receive a damaged free gift or an incorrect free gift.
8.2 Exchange of online purchases
8.2.1 Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact both SF Express and our Customer Service Team at enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide a description of the damage together with supporting photos (including photos of the courier carton box (both exterior and interior), as well as photos showing the damaged product). Upon examination by our Customer Service Team, if the damaged product is eligible for replacement, you will be required to bring the damaged product to a designated retail store to complete the exchange.
8.2.2 Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service Team at enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide details of the product received, together with supporting photos. Upon confirmation by our Customer Service Team, you will be required to bring the product to a designated retail store to complete the exchange.
8.2.3 Change of Mind
If you change your mind, please contact our Customer Service Team at enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will follow up and make the necessary arrangements accordingly. An administrative fee of HK$200 will be charged for such exchanges. Please note that only one exchange is permitted per invoice for change of mind request. If multiple items are to be exchanged, they must be exchanged at the same time. No subsequent exchange requests will be accepted for the same invoice.
8.2.4 Payment for Price Difference and Administrative Fee
Upon approval of your exchange request, we will notify you of the administrative fee (if applicable) and any price difference. Payment must be made by online banking transfer before the exchange can be completed.
8.3 Exchange of in-store purchases
8.3.1 If you change your mind, you may request an exchange for an in-store purchase within 7 days of the purchase date.
8.3.2 Only one exchange is permitted per invoice. If multiple products are to be exchanged, they must be exchanged at the same time. No subsequent exchange requests will be accepted for the same invoice.
8.3.3 You are responsible for returning the product to the retail store where it was originally purchased to complete the exchange.
8.3.4 Any price difference between the original product and the replacement product must be paid at the time of exchange in the retail store.
Payment
9.1 When purchasing products online, a valid payment method must be used at the time of checkout. We accept payment of Visa credit card, MasterCard credit card, and American Express.
9.2 We do not accept cash, cheques, gift cards or print vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through this Website, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in Hong Kong Dollar. International credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may incur an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-Hong Kong card holders will be liable to pay.
Description & Availability of Products
10.1 Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate, we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
10.2 The images of the products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device's display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product(s) may vary slightly from those images. Please be informed that this does not constitute a reason for product exchange.
10.3 Stock availability will be shown on the Website, and whilst we endeavour to ensure products are always available, there may be times when products will be temporarily out of stock. In these instances there is an option that can be selected to receive notification once the product is back-in-stock, and you receive an automated email from us. Please be informed that the product may be sold out immediately after the back-in-stock notification.
