Terms & Conditions for the 2026 Super MEGA SALE
1. Eligibility
The 2026 Super MEGA SALE (“the Mega Sale”) is open to individuals with a valid shipping address in Hong Kong or Macau. Please note that we do not deliver to restricted areas and warehouse addresses, including but not limited to logistics companies, warehouses, docks, airports and exhibition centers.
2. Sale Duration
The Mega Sale runs from July 15 to August 3, 2026 (inclusive of both start and end dates), unless extended or ended earlier at the discretion of Le Creuset Hong Kong Ltd (“Le Creuset”). All promotional offers and discounted prices are only valid during the Mega Sale period on Le Creuset Hong Kong website (“the Website”) and are available while stocks last.
Purchases made before the Mega Sale are not eligible for any price adjustments or refunds, even if the same product is offered at a lower price during the Mega Sale.
3. Buy More, Save More Exclusions
Buy More, Save More is applicable to most products available on the Website, excluding Licensed Products, Fixed Price Products, Wine Accessories, New Products, Bundle sets, Limited-Time Specials and Add-on Deals Products.
4. Gift with Purchase (“GWP”)
GWP is applicable to all orders placed on the Website. Please ensure that you enter the code [SUPER] at the checkout page. Please ensure that the GWP have been automatically added to your shopping cart before completing payment. GWP are available while stock lasts. Once the order has been confirmed, the GWP cannot be reissued, returned, replaced, or exchanged. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or discount, unless otherwise stated.
5. New Member First Purchase Offer Exclusions
The New Member First Purchase Offer is available to customers who register as an online member and place their first online order on the Website.
To redeem the offer, enter the code [LCWELCOME10] at the checkout page when placing your first online order.
New Member First Purchase Offer is applicable to most products available on the Website, excluding Licensed Products, Fixed Price Products, Wine Accessories, New Products, Bundle sets, Limited-Time Specials and Add-on Deals Products.
The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional code or discount, unless otherwise stated.
6. Order Amendments & Cancellation
Once an order has been confirmed, no changes can be made. Please ensure that the selected product model, color, size, quantity, and applicable discounts are correct before completing payment. If you would like to add additional products, please place a new order separately. The discounts or promotional offers will be recalculated based on the new order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. If you identify a duplicated order caused by a technical issue (e.g. network connectivity issues), please email to our Customer Service Team at enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com as soon as possible.
Except in cases where an incorrect product is shipped or a product is received in damaged condition, orders placed under Mega Sale are not eligible for return, or exchange or refund.
7. Delivery Charges
Free shipping is available for net order value of HKD800 or above in Hong Kong or net order value of HKD1,200 or above in Macau.
Orders that do not meet the applicable free shipping threshold will be charged a delivery fee of HKD50 (Hong Kong) or HKD150 (Macau).
8. Delivery Time
During the Mega Sale period, order processing and delivery are expected to take 3 to 10 working days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link and the SF Express waybill number before delivery. Registered members may also track their order status using the waybill number via the “My Orders” page on the Website. Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate, as incorrect or incomplete information may cause delay in the delivery.
9. Changes to Delivery Details
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, combined with other orders, or split into multiple shipments. If you need to change the delivery date or address, please contact SF Express Customer Service after receiving the shipping confirmation email, or use the “Change Delivery” function in the SFHK App to make the necessary arrangements. Any additional charges incurred due to such changes or special delivery services will be borne by you and paid directly to SF Express through the SFHK App or such other payment method specified by SF Express.
10. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, please contact both SF Express and our Customer Service Team at enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide a description of the damage together with supporting photos (including photos of the courier carton box (both exterior and interior), as well as photos showing the damaged product). Upon examination by our Customer Service Team, If the damaged product is eligible for replacement, you will be required to bring the damaged product to a designated retail store to complete the exchange. Please refer to our Product Exchange Policy for more information.
11. Incorrect Products Shipped
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Service Team at enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please provide details of the product received, together with supporting photos. Upon confirmation by us, you will be required to bring the product to a designated retail store to complete the exchange. Please refer to our Product Exchange Policy for more information.
12. Promotion Abuse
Le Creuset reserves the right to disqualify or cancel any orders that are suspected of abuse, fraud, or manipulation. The use of multiple accounts or automated purchase tools (including bots) is strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation without prior notice.
13. Liability
Le Creuset will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Mega Sale.
14. Privacy
Please refer to our Privacy Notice for further information on how your data is processed.
15. Language
These Terms and Conditions are provided in both English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
16. Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Mega Sale, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions. Le Creuset reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and without incurring any liability. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Le Creuset shall be final.
