Pork Knuckles & Peanut Stew
材料:
豬手2隻,切件
花生50克
薑片3片
乾葱2粒
紹酒2茶匙
柱候醬1茶匙
冰糖1湯匙
南乳3磚
蠔油1茶匙
芫茜適量
烹調步驟:
豬手洗淨汆水;花生沖洗後浸水備用。
琺瑯鑄鐵鍋下少許油,中火加熱,爆香薑片和乾葱,加入豬手炒香,之後加入紹酒。
再放花生略炒,倒入柱侯醬、冰糖、南乳及蠔油。
煮滾後用中小火燜一個小時,熄火後再焗半個小時,直到豬手稔化即灑上芫茜。
