材料
洋蔥 1/2個 (切小粒)
西芹 30克 (切小粒)
甘笋 1條(切小粒)
蕃茄碎 約200克
紅腰豆 50克
蔬菜清湯 150毫升
希臘乳酪
調味
Cayenne pepper 1茶匙
鹽1茶匙
糖1茶匙
做法
鑄鐵鍋內加少許油,小火燒熱,加洋蔥,炒至透明後,加入西芹、甘笋,炒香。
加入蕃茄碎、紅腰豆和蔬菜清湯,轉中小火,蓋好,煮20分鐘,煮至濃稠豆類稔化,即可。
