Seafood Rice in Lobster Bisque
材料:
龍蝦尾 2隻,切件
帶子 100克
花蛤 100克
鮮蝦 100克
蔥花 10克
芫荽碎 3克
白飯 約2碗
薑 4-5片
清湯 3公升
海鮮湯 1公升
烹調步驟:
鑄鐵鍋內,加入油,中火加熱,加入半碗白飯,把白飯炸成金黃成脆米。
海鮮湯煮沸,加入龍蝦肉、花蛤、鮮蝦,滾後加入帶子,煮至帶子熟透。
加入其餘白飯,滾後放上脆米,再放上蔥花和芫荽碎,完成。
