材料 :(2至4人份)
花枝6隻
辣椒2條,去籽切粒
粟粉1茶匙
調味 :
白味噌醬1/2湯匙
味醂1茶匙
醬油1茶匙
做法 :
混合調味料,加入洗淨了的墨魚仔,再灑上粟粉。
燒熱油鍋,大火爆香花枝,直至花枝收縮,汁變濃,便可灑上辣椒粒,即成。
