材料:
花蛤 1公斤(洗淨)
蔥1扎(切段)
醬汁:
金不換 100克(只取葉)
芫荽 60克
蒜蓉 2茶匙
紅椒 1條(切粒)
醬油 3湯匙
糖 1茶匙
麻油 1湯匙
烹調步驟:
淺底鑄鐵鍋上先塗上油,用中火加熱4分鐘。
鋪上蔥段和花蛤,灑上2湯匙水,鍋蓋蓋好,中火加熱5分鐘。
醬汁全部拌勻,倒入鍋內,再蓋好,熄火炆焗5分鐘。灑上更多的蔥和金不換便成。
