材料:
米 2杯
日式高湯 2.5杯
紅蘿蔔 1/2條,切條
冬菇 3粒,切花
山藥 1條(約100克),切件
蒲焼鰻魚 1條,切件
調味:
鹽 1茶匙
醬油 1茶匙
味醂 1茶匙
烹調步驟:
琺瑯鑄鐵鍋內放入米和日式高湯,以中小火煮滾,放入紅蘿蔔、冬菇和山藥,略為拌勻後,蓋好,轉小火炆煮15分鐘。
熄火後,鋪上鰻魚,蓋好,炆焗10分鐘,即可享用。
