材料:
大蝦300克
蔥1條,切粒
薑粒2湯匙
蒜粒2湯匙
調味料:
生抽 1茶匙
番茄醬1湯匙
豆瓣醬1茶匙
生粉1大匙
水2大匙
鹽 適量
胡椒粉 適量
做法:
蝦洗淨後剪去鬚腳,以刀劃開蝦背,並挑除腸泥,印乾水份,以鹽、胡椒粉、生粉醃製。
琺瑯鑄鐵鍋中倒入適量的油,中火燒熱,放入蝦,煎至兩面金黃後盛起。
同一鍋內,爆香蔥、薑、蒜頭,下調味,煮滾後放入大蝦再翻炒一下,撒點蔥花點綴即完成。
