材料:
韭蔥1條,取白色部分,切片
西芹2條,切丁
紅蘿蔔1條,切丁
薯仔300克,切丁
蔬菜湯1公升
水1公升
番茄2個,切丁
青豆1杯
番茜10克
鹽
胡椒粉
做法:
琺瑯鑄鐵鍋中加油,以中小火加入韭蔥和西芹,炒至軟身,約 10 分鐘。
加入紅蘿蔔、薯仔、蔬菜湯和水,煮沸後轉小火,蓋上鍋蓋煮到蔬菜變軟。
加入番茄、青豆,煮5分鐘。下番茜、鹽和胡椒粉調味即可。
